Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Arbutus and Riverside Wellness Center, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of care for every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we ask that you review our booking policy:

Appointments & Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.


No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full cost of the service.


Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.


Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.

The full cost of the appointment will still apply.


Payments & Refunds

All services are non-refundable once booked.

Prepaid services and promotions cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled in accordance with this policy.
